⏰ Time: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
✅ All registered participants must collect their bib/race kits at the Expo.
🚫 Please note: Bibs will NOT be issued on race day.
To collect your race kit, please produce the following at the venue:
- Registration Confirmation “With BIB Details” email/SMS.
- ID Proof.
The above documents are mandatory. The race kit will not be issued without verifying the same.
If You’re Unable to Collect Your Bib in Person – You can authorize someone else to collect it for you. They will need to carry the following:
- A signed hard copy of an authorization letter from you.
- A soft copy of your registration confirmation (with Bib details).
- A soft copy of your valid ID proof.
