Yes, we do allow changes to your race category until 20th July 2025.
Upgrading to a higher distance:
To upgrade from 10K to Half Marathon, you’ll need to pay the difference amount on the original registration fee.
Downgrading to a lower distance:
You can downgrade from Half Marathon to 10K, but please note that the fee difference will not be refunded.

Yes. Route will be open to see before race day.
Once an entry is received, there will be no refund of registration fees or transfer of registration, under any circumstances.
Bibs cannot be transferred from one runner to another.
Even if you cancel due to injury we regret to inform that the entry fees will not be refunded.
Yes. Medical assistance will be provided from the beginning of the race through its completion.
Shuttle service facility will be provided to participants at designated pick-up and drop points, at an additional cost. (More info…).
Yes, volunteers will be available till the cut off time – 4 hours from starting of Race.

No, the entire race course is on the road. There are no stairs or trails involved.
No. All participants must collect their running number bib from the Expo.
Bibs should be collected in person at the Expo, organized prior to the Race. The detailed address and timings will be announced soon via text messages and email.
Yes, there will be a baggage counter at the venue. Please note that the organisers/management will not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings.
Only Runners with Valid BIB’s are allowed inside the Start & Finish Holding Area both during Pre & Post Run.
Family members can be on the Route to cheer you, but they will be not allowed inside the Holding Area.
