Races Rules and Regulations
- The minimum age requirement to participate in the event is 18 years.
- All participants must wear their assigned bib number visibly on the front at all times during the race.
- Timing chips must always be attached to the bib. Participants without a valid chip will not be timed.
- Runners must start only in their designated wave or time slot as per respective race categories. Early or late starts may lead to disqualification.
- Participants must complete the race entirely on foot and within the allotted time: 4 hours for 21K, and 3 hours for 10K
- Participants must follow the marked route at all times. Taking shortcuts or leaving the official course is strictly prohibited.
- Use aid stations responsibly; litter must be disposed of only in designated bins.
- Runners must stop immediately if instructed by medical personnel, emergency responders or race officials.
- Unauthorized pacers, vehicles, or external support are not allowed on the course.
- Headphones, pets, or bicycles are not allowed on the course.
- Obstructing or deliberately impeding other runners, employing substitute runners or engaging in using prohibited substances is strictly prohibited and will lead to permanent disqualification.
- Any attempt to misrepresent or manipulate results, such as bib swapping or timing chip tampering, will result in instant disqualification
- Participants must produce valid government-issued ID for age or identity verification if requested by officials.
- All participants must follow instructions from race marshals and officials at all times.
Note: The organisers reserve the right to amend the rules and disqualify any participant found violating the race regulations.
